Under the hood

    Speaker diarization Speakers are identified by name or tag. Each utterance is attributed so action item ownership is accurate.

    Topic segmentation The conversation is chunked into topics. Each topic is labeled and time-stamped for easy navigation.

    Decision extraction Definitive statements (“we decided”, “confirmed”, “pushing to”) are flagged as decisions and extracted verbatim.

    Action item classification Tasks with owners and implicit deadlines are extracted. Orphaned action items (no owner) are flagged.
  5. 5
    Summary and push A 3–5 sentence summary is generated. Action items are pushed to Linear, Notion, or your project tracker.
